. 少林-Gong Tong Zi-You

The Tong-Zi-Gong presents a sequence (tao-lu) base composed of eighteen basic exercises that constitute the gates of their eighteen styles dedicated to the technical specification to bring to perfection.

  • 1) Shuang-shou-he-shi (双手合十): perfect location with folded hands (from yoga position prarthanasana).

These 18 principles are described in the original Chinese scroll "Shaolin Tong Zi-you", reported by the precious Shaolin Text: "Shaolin Chuan-tao-lu jiao tong-chen" Volume 5, Chapter 5 (pag.270-295) , drawn up in the Shaolin Temple in 1997 by Grand Master Liu Hai-Chao, with the 'introduction dictated directly by the Reverend Abbot of the Temple-Shi Su-Xi (1924-2006), his disciple, Shi-De-Yuan in August of 1996. The text was also blessed by the introduction of the 30 ° Dharmacarya Abbot Xing-Zheng Shi-Yong Xin.
