I while practicing Shaolin Qi Gong and Kung-Fu in nature and while I recite the Heart Sutra to the evening of prayer and thanksgiving to new year 2010 during the Buddha Shaolin Campus Winter 2010-2011

I joined the Shaolin Campus Winter 2010-2011 and it was a beautiful and intense! I had already attended a few years ago and I had found it very well so I decided to try the experience to try to relive those same feelings of physical and mental practices that can be obtained thanks to Shaolin, a healthy vegetarian cuisine, the stillness of the place and "heat" and availability of the Masters, as well as meeting other students and the knowledge with which to compare and share experiences. And-as I had no way to doubt-I "discovered" all these benefits. I also appreciated ShiHengDing Shifu for his great energy and passion and Shifu ShiHengChan because, despite his immense knowledge and wisdom, is always very open, outgoing, willing and able to inspire gaiety, joy and serenity - very important for me to feel more at ease, raising the level of mood and reduce performance anxiety.
