First Course
At lunch the intake of carbohydrates (from intergali cereal), vitamins (from fruits and vegetables in season) and unsaturated fatty acids (from extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed and cold-pressed), provides nutrition and energy needed to continue with the day's activities (both work study training).
